Brew in a claypot or porcelain or glass tea pot(about 200 c.c.) at 95C degree hot water and tea leaves 15g for 25-40 sec.It can be brewed for 7 times.

On the leaves of our tea trees, you may notice the delicate marks left by nature itself—small traces of insect life. We do not pursue the artificial perfection of a “pest-free” appearance, for a truly ecological tea garden should never depend on excessive chemical intervention.
For decades, we have nourished our soil with organic matter and upheld a natural, organic approach to cultivation. By restoring fertility and vitality to the land, we allow each tea tree to root deeply and grow with strength and resilience. Harvested only twice a year, in harmony with the seasons, our tea is never forced, rushed, or over-picked. We select only the leaves at their finest moment, preserving their precious natural polyphenols.
The dry leaves offer a pure, natural fragrance. In the cup, they unfold with the floral brightness and fresh clarity of a forest after rain. Refined through traditional Taiwanese fermentation and tea-making methods, the liquor develops remarkable depth, fullness, and complexity. Even after seven infusions, it continues to reveal a lingering sweetness and elegant notes of fruit.
This is not tea made to look flawless.
